What we collect
This website has no contact form. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to tell us.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use these details only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to take steps before entering into a contract with you. Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who processes it for us
- Google Workspace provides our email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers it through its network. It may process IP addresses in server logs for security.
Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, including the online course on Thinkific. They have their own privacy policies.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, as UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them for your enquiry or our working relationship, typically no longer than 2 years after our last contact, and then delete them.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email office@drbrendonstubbs.com.
If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
